How long we keep it
Attendee dataThree years after the event. We retain contact records to support future editions and to respond to any post-event queries.
Financial recordsSix years from the end of the relevant tax year. This is a statutory requirement under UK tax law.
Marketing consentUntil you withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
Analytics dataFourteen months, in line with Google Analytics 4 default retention settings.
Your rights
